Please use GMT (Greenwich meantime) as your default, so if your playing US CST, that would be (-6 GMT / -5 GMT).

My current workschedule is as follows:

SHORT work week :

SUN - MON - TUES : from 7 PM CST (-6 GMT) to 7 AM CST (-6 GMT)

I work alternating SATURDAYS, so every other week it's a
LONG work week:

SAT - SUN - MON - TUES from 7PM CST (-6 GMT) to 7 AM CST (-6 GMT)

As long as there's some advance notice, I can pretty much make any scheduled event if it falls within those times / days.
