how to save keybinds across characters

/bind_save_file groundbindings.txt while on ground
then on new character:
/bind_load_file spacebindings.txt -in space
/bind_load_file groundbindings.txt - on ground
/bind_save_file groundbindings.txt while on ground
then on new character:
/bind_load_file spacebindings.txt -in space
/bind_load_file groundbindings.txt - on ground
